Challenge:
How do we design an autonomous, connected and humanized experience in these medical centers?
Solution:
We reconnected materials, colors and paths in the medical center. Service, furniture and signage solutions for a customer care system both dynamic and highly complex in its operation. Design that strengthened bonds with a new uniform and a digital interface that enhanced the teams’ management and communication. Order, security, closeness and autonomy in a connected medical center.
